About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive the organization’s overall Human Resources strategy, policies, and people operations. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can independently lead core HR functions, build scalable people practices, manage a team, and partner with leadership to enable business growth. The ideal candidate will be people-centric, structured, and capable of fostering a strong organizational culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1) Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • 2) Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and frameworks
  • 3) Manage end-to-end HR generalist operations across the employee lifecycle
  • 4) Lead talent acquisition strategy, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • 5) Drive performance management systems, succession planning, and L&D programs
  • 6) Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively
  • 7) Ensure statutory HR compliance and adherence to labor laws
  • 8) Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team for efficient operations
  • 9) Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • 10)Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation
  • 11) Identify and implement HR process improvements for operational efficiency
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • 1) Strong expertise in HR strategy, HR generalist functions, and statutory compliance
  • 2) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 3) Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • 4) Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • 5) Strong problem-solving mindset with a people-first approach
  • 6) Prior team handling experience is mandatory
  • Qualification & Experience:
  • 1) MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2) 8–12 years of relevant HR experience in progressive roles
